Accountant – Bank in Geneva

For one of our clients, a Geneva based Private Bank, we are looking for an Accountant.

Responsibilities:

• Your primary mission is to calculate fee-sharing payments owed to independent asset management partners and business referrers across the Group.
• Receive, digitize, and file contracts.
• Enter base data into the dedicated fee management system.
• Verify calculations, including VAT computation.
• Interact with and respond to questions from Group Accounting, the partner relations department, and Relationship Managers.
• Verify provisions related to fee-sharing payments. Run simulation scenarios for fee-sharing calculations for new contracts.
• Produce various reports (statistics, accounting entries creation, supporting documents dispatch).
• Consistently comply with internal and external regulations. Seek opportunities to improve the quality of the working environment at all levels.

Profile:

• 5+ years’ experience desired in accounting or administration.
• Precision, flexibility, rigor, adaptability, strong sense of responsibility and service, stress resilience, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and discretion.
• Good command of standard office tools (Excel, Word; Business Objects is a plus).
