For one of our clients, a Geneva based Audit Firm, we are looking for an Auditor with Swiss CPA

Responsibilities

  • Financial Audit: Conducting financial audits of client organizations to ensure compliance with Swiss accounting standards and international financial reporting standards (IFRS).
  • Risk Assessment: Identifying and assessing financial risks and internal controls within client companies.
  • Audit Planning: Developing audit plans and strategies to efficiently and effectively perform audits.
  • Maintaining detailed audit documentation and workpapers to support findings and conclusions.
  • Preparing audit reports that outline findings, recommendations, and areas of improvement for clients.
  • Ensuring that audits adhere to Swiss legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborating with a team of auditors and other professionals to achieve audit objectives.

Profile

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Swiss CPA is required
  • Prior experience of 2-3 years in auditing, preferably in a public accounting firm or audit company.
  • Thorough understanding of Swiss accounting and auditing standards, as well as IFRS.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess financial data and identify discrepancies.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interactions and report preparation.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in audit work.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team of auditors.
  • Familiarity with audit software and financial analysis tools.
  • Proficiency in French, and knowledge of English
