For one of our clients, a Geneva based External Asset Management company, we are looking for a Banking Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Banking Assistant to join our Operations team. The candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day management of a diverse portfolio of international assets and entities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process domestic and international payments and transfers in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Monitor, reconcile, and oversee both local and international bank accounts.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain subscription documentation.
  • Assist with client onboarding, including the collection and verification of kyc documentation.
  • Perform reconciliation of financial transactions across multiple banks in different jurisdictions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure smooth operational requirements.

The candidate must be detail oriented and able to work independently with strong time and task management skills. Candidate must likewise be self-motivated and aspire to the highest standards of professionalism and personal integrity.

Profile:

  • Experience of at least 3 years in financial operations within a bank/ financial institution/ Family Office Mandatory.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple processes.
  • Project management mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
  • Strong organizational skills and sense of ownership and accountability
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Team-player with excellent interpersonal workflows.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory
  • and communication skills
  • Advanced level Excel
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
