Operational Risk Manager

For one of our clients, a Geneva based Private Bank, we are looking for a Operational Risk Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze the control environment and identify critical risk-mitigating measures
  • Develop and implement a framework to monitor operational risks
  • Perform the designated control tests in line with the framework
  • Ensure ongoing maintenance and updates of the control testing system over time
  • Report findings to senior leadership and propose recommendations when appropriate

Profile:

  • University degree (University or University of Applied Sciences) in Finance or Economics
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Audit, Operational Risk or permanent control functions
  • Strong knowledge of control testing methodologies
  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to set clear priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and take initiative
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Fluent in English
